I wrote Kingtoys explaining my problem on a Sunday afternoon, was honestly not expecting to hear back for a few days .. with 30 minutes I recieved a phone call ..
and my issue was resolved via facetime.

I bought this for my 2 year old son as a birthday gift. Assembly out the box was super easy and took no more then 45 minutes. The quality and attention to detail is very impressive. We specifically bought the GMC because of the storage under the hood and behind the seats. The only thing lacking in this vehicle is that it isn't a 4X4 and it's not a 24v. When my son gets older, I'll modify it but for now, this vehicle is perfect. The parent remote control is easy to use and is immediately responsive. The ability to pair your phone through Bluetooth is mind blowing. He's already gaining popularity around the neighborhood and he's literally now the king of the playground. Do yourself a favor and buy your kid a ride-on-car. They'll remember it for the rest of their lives.

I bought a car from another company for my son and when received I returned it right away because of how poorly made it was and the bad quality of the materials. Then I got him another one from King's Toys and it is amazing the difference, great quality licenced product, helpful installation video, good customer service and great selection too.
