At KingToys, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer gets the support they need. Whether you're facing an issue with one of our products or simply have a question, we offer two convenient service options:

We have a dedicated Walk-In Service Center for the extra personal touch, in depth repairs and solutions, as well as Virtual Assistance through Video/Facetime/WhatsApp Chat.

  1. Walk-In Service Center:

KingToys Walk-In Service Center is located at 654 Spring Gardens Rd. Burlington, Ontario Canada L7T 1J2.

  • If your item is still under warranty, please click here to schedule a drop off appointment.
  • If your item is not under warranty, or not purchased from King Toys, there is an initial service fee of $34.99 (non-refundable) to assess the problem and determine if it can be repaired. Click here to schedule your drop off.

(scheduling a drop is required, however, payment can be made at the service center)

  • If the repair is possible, the service will be performed at the Walk-In Service Center, where there will be a labor fee of $64.99, and if there are any parts required, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of the part(s).
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: If the customer decides to bring the item to the Service Center, the item must be in reasonably clean condition, removing mud, dirt, leaves, and debris, to be acceptable to receive and assess issues by our service team.
  • Otherwise, the customer can purchase Detailing Service for a fee of $49.99. Click here to purchase.

 

  1. Virtual Assistance:
  • If your item is still under warranty, please click here to schedule a virtual appointment with one of our technicians.
  • If your item is not under warranty, or not purchased from King Toys, there is a service fee of $34.99 (non-refundable). Click here to schedule your virtual appointment.
  • If we are able to identify the problem during the call, the customer will then be responsible to cover the cost of any parts required, plus shipping fees if the service isn’t covered by warranty.
  • If the service is for a product that was not purchased through KingToys, and we are unable to determine the problem, we will guide the customer towards the best possible solution for repairing the product. Customers may also send pictures or short videos of the item, to our email at info@kingtoys.ca before paying the $34.99 or scheduling the video call, so we may attempt to determine if the problem cannot be fixed in advance and if we are able to assist them.
